Job summary

Las Vegas, Nevada-based MGM Resorts seeks a Special Events Coordinator to craft extraordinary experiences for internal and external guests. You will design, plan, and produce corporate, social, and property events that align with budget expectations, delivering on schedule with creativity and precision.

The role involves collaborating with casino marketing, property teams, and vendors to execute compelling events and enhance guest satisfaction through innovative concepts and seamless turnkey

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in guest experience or event planning.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and executing property casino events, including developing concepts and themes.
• Coordinate pre-production, production and post-event activities under the Special Events Manager.
• Oversee installation, placement and removal of event signage and décor.
• Coordinate with vendors for entertainment, talent, contracts and transportation.
• Support enterprise-wide standards and update the events portal with details.
