Qualifications

• 1+ years of cook experience in a similar environment.
• Willing and able to work a full-time schedule (40 hrs/week) including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of knives and knife skills and standard kitchen equipment including Cryovac machine.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of food products and apply culinary techniques.
• Identify and safely use kitchen equipment.
• Restock kitchen supplies and food items for service.
• Label and date products to ensure safekeeping and sanitation.
• Maintain menu knowledge and presentation accuracy.
• Assist kitchen leadership and staff during service.
• Prepare base sauces, stocks and soups.
• Work as a team and address guest needs.
