Responsibilities

• Negotiate contracts and secure booth space with event vendors.
• Develop and manage an annual calendar of events and marketing shows.
• Recruit, hire, train, and coach event representatives and promotional staff.
• Create and manage employee schedules to ensure proper event coverage.
• Oversee booth logistics, setup, and teardown.
• Engage with event attendees and promote Prime Baths products and services.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule Free In-Home Consultations.
• Collect, track, and manage contest entries and event follow-up activities.
• Monitor event performance, lead conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI).
• Analyze event results and make recommendations for future growth and success.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Show & Events Manager to join our team and help drive lead generation through local events, home shows, trade shows, and expos throughout the Fort Wayne market.

Compensation

• Starting salary: $55,000 to $65,000 per year
• Performance-based bonus opportunities
• Additional bonus potential based on job performance and the results generated from booked shows and events

Position Overview

The Show & Events Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing local events and trade shows to generate qualified leads and increase brand awareness for Prime Baths of Indiana.
