Job summary

Sight & Sound Brand in Ronks, Pennsylvania, is seeking an Animal Caretaker to help care for our show animals and maintain facilities. This part-time position offers up to 28 hours per week, Tuesday through Saturday, with weekend and holiday caretaking as needed.

Candidates should be comfortable with active, physical work, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and have a basic understanding of animal care. A High School diploma or better and two years of related experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining an orderly and clean work environment to include all animal living, training, and turnout areas.
• Assist in the basic care and feeding of all Sight & Sound show animals.
• Follow all regulatory requirements for animal care.
• Ability to step into training and handling duties as needed.
• Support the company and department strategic plan.
• Be available for weekend and/or holiday caretaking assignments as needed.
• All other duties as assigned.
