This full-time role offers autonomy within a physician-led group, with in-house imaging, physical therapy, and dedicated staff. Base compensation ranges from $250,000 to $350,000, plus a collections-based bonus; relocation and sign-on are negotiable.

Qualifications

• Fellowship-trained in Sports Medicine and board-eligible or board-certified.
• Arizona medical licensure or eligibility required.
• Strong expertise in shoulder pathology and advanced procedural care.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat shoulder-related conditions, including sports injuries and degenerative disorders.
• Provide advanced shoulder care, including arthroscopy and arthroplasty coordination.
• Manage preoperative and postoperative patient care with evidence-based protocols.
• Collaborate with on-site physical therapy to optimize outcomes.
• Offer optional knee care and in-office procedures as needed.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and participate in quality initiatives.
