Job summary

Women in Endo is seeking a fellowship-trained Sports Medicine Orthopedic Surgeon for an outpatient clinic with an affiliated surgery center in West Phoenix, AZ. This full-time role emphasizes advanced shoulder care, arthroscopy, and arthroplasty coordination within a high-volume practice.

You will join a physician-led team with strong referral base, imaging on-site, and dedicated support staff, balancing autonomy with collaboration.

Qualifications

• Fellowship-trained in Sports Medicine.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery.
• Eligible for Arizona medical licensure.
• Strong expertise in shoulder pathology and advanced procedural care.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat shoulder conditions, injuries, and degenerative disorders.
• Provide advanced shoulder care including arthroscopy and coordination of arthroplasty cases.
• Manage preoperative and postoperative patient care.
• Collaborate with on-site physical therapy teams to optimize outcomes.
• Optionally provide sports knee care and in-office procedures.
• Maintain detailed EMR documentation.
• Participate in practice development and quality improvement initiatives.
