Job summary

Forcine Concrete & Construction Co. is seeking a proactive Shotcrete Solutions Specialist to learn and apply shotcrete methods under an experienced leader.

The role focuses on developing expertise in shotcrete equipment, application, and field operations while serving as a technical resource for customers and internal teams. The position emphasizes collaboration across estimating, operations, PM, and business development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 3–5 years of experience in commercial/construction fields.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to understand technical construction concepts and communicate them effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel to project sites and meetings.
• Experience in estimating, project management, field operations, or business development.
• Experience with concrete, structural repair, foundations, retaining structures, or specialty construction.
• Experience presenting technical information to customers or professionals.

Responsibilities

• Learn all aspects of shotcrete operations under a senior expert.
• Develop understanding of shotcrete construction methods and best practices.
• Assist customers and internal teams in identifying practical solutions.
• Participate in project planning to align technical solutions with customer objectives.
• Support technical evaluations of project opportunities and constructability considerations.
• Participate in customer meetings, presentations, and business development activities.
• Build trusted relationships with owners, engineers, architects, contractors, and partners.
• Assist in communicating the company's technical capabilities, experience, and value proposition.
• Support preparation of technical proposals, qualifications, presentations, and marketing content.
• Collaborate with Estimating, Operations, Project Management, and Business Development through the project lifecycle.
• Capture and document technical knowledge and best practices.
