Job summary

Forcine Concrete & Construction Co. is seeking a Shotcrete Line Pump Operator to operate and maintain shotcrete line pumps on construction sites, ensuring efficient and safe transport and application of shotcrete materials.

You will safely operate pumps, monitor performance, prepare and clean equipment, and collaborate with crew to set up pump lines and mix materials according to project plans. The role requires a CDL Class A license, a high school diploma or GED with construction experience,

Qualifications

• CDL Class A driver's license required.
• High school diploma/GED with construction experience preferred.
• Experience operating shotcrete line pumps or similar equipment preferred.
• Knowledge of shotcrete materials and mixing techniques preferred.
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate shotcrete line pumps to deliver materials to sites.
• Monitor pump operations for efficiency and troubleshoot issues.
• Prepare and clean equipment before and after use; maintain hoses and pumps.
• Comply with safety regulations on-site.
• Collaborate with crew to set up pump lines, mix materials, ensure proper application.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on pumping equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of materials, work performed, and hours.
• Follow project plans to ensure quality and adherence to engineering standards.
• Drive company vehicles to and from job sites.
• Assist with other tasks to support project success.
