The Mexicano in Scottsdale is seeking a Shot Cart Operator to bring energy and excitement to guests at tableside experiences. You will showcase signature shots and deliver an elevated entertainment experience that matches The Mexicano's vibrant atmosphere.

Responsibilities include navigating the restaurant with the shot cart, engaging guests, promoting shots, and maintaining knowledge of the menu and promotions.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, confident personality with excellent people skills.
• Ability to create excitement and connect with guests.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Current Title 4 Alcohol Certification And Food Handler Card

Responsibilities

• Navigate the restaurant with our signature shot cart.
• Engage guests in a fun, energetic, and professional manner.
• Promote and sell featured shots and specialty beverages.
• Deliver exceptional hospitality and memorable guest interactions.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items, spirits, and promotions.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with all liquor laws.
• Keep the shot cart clean, stocked, and presentation-ready.
• Work closely with servers, bartenders, and management to maximize guest satisfaction.
