COMPANY OVERVIEW: Beachside VR is a hospitality management company based in Florida, USA. Established over 2 years ago, we specialize in managing short-term rentals and hotels, delivering exceptional experiences to guests and property owners. We’re currently undergoing growth and are looking for new team members!

Position Summary

We are excited to expand our team with the addition of two Short Term Rental Guest Services Agents. In this vital role, you will be the heart of our guest interactions, ensuring their stays are seamless and memorable.

Responsibilities
  • Promptly responding to guest inquiries and communications.
  • Answer guest phone calls
  • Effectively resolving guest issues to ensure satisfaction.
  • Coordinating with internal teams, including cleaning and maintenance, to maintain high standards of service.
  • Updating reservations accurately for proper accounting.
  • Liaising with platforms like Airbnb and VRBO to resolve any channel-specific issues.
Qualifications

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency with OTA booking channels Airbnb, VRBO, Expedia, Booking.com, etc
  • Guesty (or similar short-term rental property management systems)
  • Fluent in English, both in writing and speaking.
  • Experience with Google Workspace (Gmail, Google sheets, Google docs).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset, even when under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Work Hours and Location

We are looking to fill two full-time, long-term positions:

  • One overnight shift (EST hours)
  • One daytime shift (EST hours)

Please note that this role requires a commitment of 40 hours per week by the computer and is not compatible with holding another job.

Compensation & Benefits
  • $800 - $1,000 USD per month based on experience
