Job summary

Mindrift is conducting a paid, 3-day in-person study in Midtown Manhattan to understand how Hebrew speakers use their phones and everyday digital tools.

You must be a native Hebrew speaker living in NYC, 18+, with at least 3 years of smartphone use, and be comfortable speaking English. Compensation is $100 per hour, up to $2,400.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and currently living in NYC.
• Native Hebrew speaker who grew up in Israel.
• You use Hebrew in everyday life: texting friends, email, notes.
• You've used a smartphone as your main personal phone for 3+ years.
• Comfortable communicating in English.
• Available for 3 consecutive days (Mon–Wed or Thu–Sat), starting October 16 on Friday.
• Not currently employed by a tech or AI company.

Responsibilities

Mindrift is running a research study on how people use their phones, apps and everyday digital tools, and how that differs across languages and cultures. We’re looking for native Hebrew speakers in New York to join a paid, 3-day in-person study in Midtown Manhattan.

Why your language matters

Most technology is still designed with English speakers in mind. This study helps researchers understand how people who communicate in Hebrew actually use their devices, so future products work better for them.
