Job Summary

Minimum 3 years of experience in Broker & Account Management and Relationships. Travel required. Strong multi-distribution platform and independent Broker experience.

Job Description
  • People Management: Coach, mentor, and manage team members to drive business objectives and ensure colleague development.
  • Client Liaison and Retention: Responsible for regional budget. Monitor budget constantly, provide input on cost-savings, and allocate resources appropriately.
  • New Business: Identify opportunities within portfolios to ensure cross-selling and unlock opportunities for other business units. Seek new business through existing relationships, exercising initiative and recognizing potential opportunities.
  • Client Management: Implement processes for client management across portfolios, including account management plans and needs analysis.
  • Network and Relationship Building: Network with internal and external stakeholders to maintain client relationships and create alliances for business continuity.

FAIS Fit and Proper Requirements (Advice and Intermediary Service): FSCA-Approved Qualification, Regulatory Exam for Representatives (RE5), Product-Specific Training upon onboarding, Class of Business Training, Continuous Professional Development, and attest to honesty, integrity, and good standing.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Commerce, or Management Studies (Required). Professional Qualifications preferred.
