Store Representative Position Summary The Store Representative is the primary in-store resource responsible for merchandising products, completing store service projects, and providing excellent customer service. This role works closely with store management, employees, and guests to ensure products are stocked, displayed correctly, and readily available. This is a hands‑on position in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

• Greet and assist store guests in a friendly and professional manner
