Visiting Angels El Paso is hiring Short Shift Caregivers to enrich clients' lives across West Texas, including El Paso and nearby towns. You will provide personal care, companionship, mobility support, meal planning, and light housekeeping.

Qualifications

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license, car insurance, and access to a personal vehicle.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• First Aid and emergency response training (provided if needed).
• Reliable transportation to client homes.
• Ability to manage multiple duties and time management.
• Comfort with housekeeping and cooking within dietary constraints.
• Willing to comply with health and safety standards including background check.
• Compassion and desire to brighten clients' day.

As a Visiting Angels Short Shift Caregiver, you'll play a vital role in enriching the quality of life of clients and supporting their wellness in accordance with their custom care plans. This can include:

Short Shift Caregiver Job Requirements

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Posses a Valid Drivers License, Car Insurance, and a Reliable Personal Vehicle to use to transport clients
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must
• Training in First Aid and emergency response is required (provided if needed)
• Have excellent time-management skills and can juggle multiple duties at once
• Reliable transportation to get to and from client homes at the times you're scheduled to provide care
• Feel confident in your physical endurance when it comes to things like carrying groceries and physically supporting a client
• Feel comfortable performing housekeeping and cooking duties while adhering to applicable dietary constraints
• Are willing and able to comply with state and office-specific health and safety standards (ex., background check)
• Bring compassion, understanding, and a desire to brighten the day of each client to the table
