Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and daily activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, Toileting).

• Provide medication reminders (not administer) when needed.
• Transport to appointments, errands, and shopping.
• Assist with mobility, transfers and fall prevention.
• Report health changes to supervisor or family.

A Visiting Angels On Call Caregiver wears many hats as they help our elderly and home‑care clients stay at home or recover at home with dignity.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Meal preparation and feeding assistance
• Light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, tidying up)
• Medication reminders (not administering medication unless licensed)
• Transportation to doctor appointments, errands, or grocery shopping
• Helping with mobility / transfers and fall prevention
• Monitoring and reporting changes in the client’s condition to the office or family

An On Call Caregiver must also be prepared to act quickly in the case of medical emergencies. This includes adequately reporting any health changes or unusual circumstances. Our caregivers possess the ideal blend of competency, compassion, and professional discernment.
