Job summary

Boulevard American Bistro in New Orleans is hiring a dependable, energetic Short Order Cook to join our fast-paced kitchen team. You will help prepare burgers, fries, and other menu items to our quality standards.

Responsibilities include operating grills, flat tops and fryers safely, managing multiple orders, keeping stations clean and stocked, and following food safety procedures. Weekend availability is encouraged, with weekly pay and growth opportunities in our growing hospitality group.

Qualifications

• Fast-paced kitchen experience preferred, especially short-order cook or grill.
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume environment and maintain accuracy.
• Strong communication and dependable team player.

• Previous short-order, grill, fry station, or line cook experience preferred.
