Job summary

Telecare Corporation's Horizon View Mental Health Rehabilitation Center is seeking an LVN/LPT to provide recovery-focused nursing care. The role covers safe medication administration and direct patient care within established policies and standards of care.

Shifts include short-hour PM overnight on Saturdays with pay starting at $28.43–$35.13 per hour, with geographic differentials. Requires active LVN/LPT licensure, CPR/BLS, CPI certification, and compliance with health and safety prerequisites.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited LVN/LPT program and current licensure.
• Current CPR/BLS certificate.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• CPR, First Aid, and CPI certification on date of employment or prior to direct client care; maintain current certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide recovery-focused care and administration of medical treatments as prescribed by the physician.
• Ensure safe, effective direct care per policies and standards of care.
• Support patients during shifts and coordinate care with the care team.

What You Will Do to Change Lives

The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)/Licensed Psychiatric Technician (LPT) provides recovery focused services related to the safe and appropriate administration of medical treatment (including medications) as prescribed by the physician. Provides safe, effective, and efficient implementation of direct care in accordance with established policies, procedures and standards of care.

Shifts Available:

Short-Hour | PM | 7:00pm - 7:30 am| Saturday

Expected starting wage range is $28.43 - $35.13. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.

What You Bring to the Table (Must Have)

• Graduation from an accredited Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) /Licensed Psychiatric Technician (LPT) program and current licensure
• Current CPR/BLS certificate
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be CPR, First Aid, and CPI certified (hands-on course) on date of employment or prior to providing direct client care and maintain current certification throughout employment
• All opportunities at Telecare are contingent upon successful completion and receipt of acceptable results of the applicable post-offer physical examination, 2-step PPD test for tuberculosis, acceptable criminal background clearances, excluded party sanctions, and degree or license verification. If the position requires driving, valid driver license, a motor vehicle clearance, and proof of auto insurance is required at time of employment and must be maintained throughout employment. Additional regulatory, contractual, or local requirements may apply.
