Job summary

Zabota is seeking a hands-on Content Producer in Charlotte, NC to turn creative ideas into engaging video ads for Meta, TikTok, AppLovin, and other platforms. You will shoot, edit, and iterate content with the marketing team, delivering multiple variations from briefs.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in video production, a strong portfolio, and proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar, plus experience with UGC content and performance-driven

Qualifications

• 2+ years in video production, content creation or editing.
• Strong portfolio of short‑form video and advertising content.
• Experience creating content for paid social platforms (Meta/TikTok).
• Solid understanding of hooks, pacing, storytelling and performance creative.
• Experience with UGC and creator content.
• Able to shoot and edit video independently.

Responsibilities

• Turn briefs and concepts into finished advertising content.
• Produce and edit short-form video ads for Meta, TikTok and AppLovin.
• Shoot original video content when needed.
• Collaborate with the creative/marketing team to develop concepts.
• Create multiple versions with different hooks and CTAs.
• Adapt content for different platforms and audiences.
• Edit for pacing, storytelling, engagement and conversions.
• Add captions, overlays and motion graphics.
