C&M Dredging Inc. is seeking motivated Construction Laborers and Shoremen for travel-based work across the Southeast U.S., including Florida. Crew members will support dredging and marine construction, with 100% paid travel and lodging and a daily per diem.

Outdoor work on dredging crews involves shoreline restoration, canal dredging, and marine construction. Opportunities to learn heavy equipment and advance within the company abound.

Qualifikationen

• Entry-level and experienced candidates welcome.
• Experience in construction, marine work, landscaping, or heavy labor preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Must be able to complete tasks with and without direct supervision.
• Open to working out of town for up to 45 days at a time, including some weekends and holidays.
• Equipment operating experience is a plus.

C&M Dredging Inc. - Travel Position (Southeast U.S.)

C&M Dredging is seeking motivated Construction Laborers and Shoremen to support dredging and marine construction projects across Florida and the Southeast.

This is a travel-based position working on dredging crews performing shoreline restoration, canal dredging, and marine construction.

We provide 100% paid travel and lodging plus daily per diem.

Physical & Environmental Requirements

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 75 lbs
• Ability to perform physically demanding work for extended periods
• Must be comfortable working on or around water, including barges, boats, and dredging equipment
• Ability to stand, bend, climb, and walk for long periods
• Comfortable working in muddy, wet, and uneven terrain
• Ability to work extended hours during active projects, typically up to 80-85 hours per week, including weekends

Compensation:

$18 - $20 hourly (Based on experience)
