NeuroRestorative, part of the Sevita family, provides rehabilitation services for individuals of all ages with brain, spinal cord, and complex injuries or illnesses. We offer programs including vocational and therapy services, day treatments, and specialized support for infants, children, adolescents, military service members, and veterans.

Maintenance Worker Responsibilities
  • Oversee preventative maintenance across multiple programs and offices in an assigned region.
  • Plan and schedule work, coordinate with contractors, analyze and resolve service and equipment issues.
  • Communicate maintenance procedures, ensure compliance with laws, and maintain building and grounds.
  • Repair and maintain mechanical equipment, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and laundry systems.
  • Read blueprints, plan building repairs, wire for networking, and repair damages.
  • Manage inventory, establish vendor accounts, and order supplies.
  • Maintain appliances, pumps, and equipment regularly.
  • Coordinate with inspectors and vendors, maintain fire alarm systems, and assist with safety plans.
  • Keep operational records, monitor safety compliance, and perform related duties as needed.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least one year of related experience.
  • Knowledge of maintenance and electrical equipment.
  • Current contractor license as required by the state.
