Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary day-to-day client contact, leading status meetings and managing ongoing communications.
• Anticipate client needs and upcoming project opportunities while ensuring timely follow-up on discussions and deliverables.
• Attend client meetings and provide meeting recaps, recommendations, and next steps within established timelines.
• Support strategic planning efforts and partner with clients and internal teams to develop effective shopper marketing solutions.
• Lead and manage the creative development process and coordinate with internal/external teams to deliver assets and meet guidelines.
• Open and manage jobs in Salesforce; manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables; communicate changes and risks to stakeholders.
