Job summary

Stanley 1913 in Seattle is seeking an Associate Site Merchandiser to own day-to-day merchandising execution in Shopify, ensuring our storefront is accurate, on-brand, and conversion-optimized.

You will manage PDP setup, collections, promotions, and cross-functional launches with Merchandising, Creative, CRO, and Marketing. This hands-on role rewards precision, speed, and growth within a dynamic DTC environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of ecommerce/site merchandising or digital operations experience.
• Shopify experience required and familiarity with analytics.

Responsibilities

• PDP Setup & Maintenance: build/update product pages with accurate copy, imagery, pricing, variants, metadata.
• Collection & Category Merchandising: curate collection pages and navigation reflecting strategy.
• Promo Execution: implement site-wide promotions with QA across desktop and mobile.
• JIRA Board Management: manage tickets, track status, raise blockers.
• Quality Assurance: audit site for pricing, stock, and link integrity.
• Cross-Functional Teamwork: collaborate daily with Merchandising, Marketing, Creative, Tech.
• Launch Support: assist with new product launches and campaigns.
