Job summary

Publicis Sapient is seeking a Product Owner to lead customer facing eCommerce initiatives, including subscription, purchase, and account management journeys. You will collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, UX, and QA to translate business goals into executable requirements and drive delivery in a large enterprise setting.

The role requires hands-on experience with eCommerce solutions, strong communication, and a proven ability to manage backlog within agile frameworks in a matrixed

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience with Shopify.
• 2-3 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar delivery focused product role.
• Experience delivering eCommerce or digital commerce solutions in an enterprise environment.
• Proven ability to break down complex problems into executable stories and requirements.
• Strong working knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and backlog management practices.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate requirements, decisions, and trade offs to both technical and non technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable operating within large, matrixed organizations with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product, design, engineering and QA to shape solutions upfront and translate business goals into clear requirements.
