Job summary

Victorinox is seeking an Ecommerce Specialist in Monroe, CT to own the DTC Shopify experience, manage catalog operations, pricing, and translations, and coordinate cross-functionally to drive growth.

You will optimize site performance, implement CRO, and ensure international readiness, including localization and currencies. 2–4 years of DTC ecommerce experience is preferred, with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Ecommerce, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience managing DTC ecommerce for consumer brands.
• Hands-on experience with Shopify and its app ecosystem.
• Understanding of ecommerce ops including orders, fraud prevention, fulfillment, and post-purchase tools.
• Experience partnering cross-functionally with marketing, operations, IT, and customer experience.
• Proficiency with ecommerce analytics and testing tools.
• Exposure to international ecommerce including localization, currencies, taxes, and duties.
• Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution and strong communication

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the Epicurean DTC experience on Shopify, including catalog operations, pricing, and translations.
• Oversee app and integration landscape, ensuring stability and performance.
• Coordinate with operations on stock levels, fulfillment flags, and backorders.
• Monitor Core Web Vitals, page speed, and accessibility; collaborate with devs to improve functionality.
• Apply CRO best practices using analytics, heatmaps, and user behavior insights.
• Maintain on-site content and SEO health with SEMrush, Search Console, and Screaming Frog.
