Job summary

Ulvior is seeking a self-directed designer to own the design side of client work and our brand. You will work directly with the founder on ecommerce and branding projects.

You’ll design Shopify homepages, product pages, collection pages and landing pages in Figma for development, and turn strategy into polished documents and visual systems for Aurella House and clients. Fully remote, 20–40 hours per month to start, paid at USD 25–30 per hour.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of design experience with ecommerce/web and brand work.
• Strong in Figma with auto layout, components and organised files.
• Editorial eye with typography, white space and restraint.
• Understanding of how ecommerce sites work including product pages and navigation.
• Ability to turn strategy into clear visual stories from messy notes.
• Strong written English and proactive async communication.
• Independent role with founder directing, not day-to-day design management.

Responsibilities

• Design the design side of client work and our own brand, collaborating with the founder.
• Design Shopify homepages, product pages, collection pages and landing pages in Figma for development.
• Turn strategy into polished documents: blueprint decks, client presentations and proposals.
• Create brand work for Aurella House and clients: layouts, case studies, social assets and visual systems.
• Design with Shopify sections/blocks in mind to ease handoff to developers.
• Work closely with the developer on handoff, responsive behaviour and QA.
• Bring your own ideas for layout, motion and imagery; flag gaps early in briefs.
