Job summary

The Goodwill of Central and Southern Indiana, Inc. is seeking a Shopgoodwill Product Specialist to support in-store operations and streamline high-value item handling for online sales.

This role targets identifying, selecting, and forwarding merchandise to our eCommerce facility while supporting store goals. Based in Indianapolis, IN, you will collaborate with the store management team, complete required trainings, and help maximize online postings and ticket averages.

Position Details

Position Status: Full-Time. Location: 11615 Fox Rd., Indianapolis, IN 46236.

Compensation

Hourly Rate: $14.

Job Summary

The Shopgoodwill Product Specialist works inside the retail store location and assists the store management team in reaching the operational goals by identifying, selecting, and forwarding high-value items to our eCommerce facility to support the growth of Goodwill’s online sales. This role also functions in various capacities within the store location when needed.

Duties

• Search incoming donations for high-value merchandise.
• Process and organize products for eCommerce and in-store showcases.
• Complete all required training to assist the site in achieving online sales goals.
• Maximize online posting percentage while maintaining a high average ticket.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
• Hit financial goal/budget.
