Job summary

Goodwill Legacy Group's Camby, IN location is seeking a Shopgoodwill Product Specialist to identify high-value items for forwarding to our eCommerce facility and to support in-store operations. You will search donations for valuable merchandise, process and stage products for online posting, complete required training, and help the site achieve online sales goals while keeping a clean, safe workspace.

Position Status: Full-TimeHourly Rate: $12Location/Address: 10333 Prosperity Circle, Camby, IN 46113Job SummaryThe Shopgoodwill Product Specialist works inside the retail store location and assists the store management team in reaching the operational goals of the site by identifying, selecting, and forwarding high-value items to our eCommerce facility to support the growth of Goodwill’s online sales. This role will also function in various capacities within the store location when needed.Example Duties and ActivitiesSearches incoming donations for high-value merchandise.Processes and organizes products for eCommerce and in-store showcases.Completes all required training to assist the site in achieving online sales goals.Maximizes online posting percentage while maintaining a high average ticket.Maintains clean and orderly work area.Hits financial goal/budget.Required CompetenciesDegree and Credential Requirements: NONE!
