Job summary

Tricon Wear Solutions seeks a Quality & Continuous Improvement Manager to lead the quality function across its fabrication, welding, hardfacing, and machining sites. You will own the ISO 9001 QMS, drive measurable process improvements, and raise first-pass quality across engineering and shop floor.

The role emphasizes site-standard quality and a strong floor presence. You will act as independent quality authority, manage supplier quality, and partner with Engineering to improve drawing accuracy

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a manufacturing quality role with progression to leadership.
• Hands-on welding, fabrication, or machining; able to walk the floor.

Responsibilities

• Own and mature ISO 9001 QMS and build on existing certification.
• Independent quality authority with ship/no-ship decision-making power.
• Lead continuous improvement to reduce defects, rework, lead time, and cost of quality.
• Drive consistent quality standards across multiple sites and ensure reliable final release.
