Job summary

Parts ASAP, North America's leading source for agricultural and construction equipment parts, is hiring a yard associate. If you enjoy working with equipment outdoors and making an impact every day, you’ll help dismantle tractors, inspect parts, and assist customers across the yard.

Starting pay is $19.00 per hour, with Monday–Friday 7:30am–5:00pm hours. Parts ASAP offers competitive pay, benefits including health coverage, 401(k), PTO, and a commitment to safety in a team-focused environment.

• Basic mechanical knowledge, preferably with agricultural equipment.
• Basic computer skills.
• Dependable, safety-minded, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Dismantle tractors and agricultural equipment while preserving part quality.
• Inspect parts to ensure they meet company standards.
• Assist customers in locating parts and equipment throughout the yard.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow environmental and safety procedures for handling salvage equipment.
• Perform routine checks on yard equipment and assist with general shop and yard operations.

What you will Earn

Starting Pay: $19.00 per hour, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications. We recognize the value of experience and are committed to offering competitive pay for the right candidate.

Hours for the position will be Monday Through Friday 7:30am to 5:00pm.

• Forklift or heavy equipment experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right candidate.
