AMD Converting & Label in Waukesha, WI, is seeking a Shop Worker specializing in Flexo Pressman, Router Operation, and Finishing Inspection to join our fast-paced team and contribute to high-quality signage and graphics. You will operate and maintain flexographic presses, set up CNC routers, perform laminating and cutting, and inspect finished products to ensure quality standards.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in printing or manufacturing is a plus.
• Experience operating flexo presses and CNC routers preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Good communication and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Basic computer skills for job tracking and reporting.
• Physical ability to lift materials and operate machinery safely.
