Job&Talent is recruiting for a Shop Technician/Trainee in Livonia to work with a leading manufacturing company. The role involves operating production equipment, following blueprints, and ensuring high-quality standards.

Day shift from Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 3:30 PM, with pay between 23.00 and 24.00 USD per hour. Essential qualifications include experience as a press or manual machine operator, a strong mechanical background, and ability to troubleshoot and maintain equipment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a press or manual machine operator is required.
• Strong mechanical background.
• Ability to troubleshoot and maintain equipment effectively.
• 1–2+ years of general manufacturing or machine shop experience.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and customer specifications.
• Experience using calipers, micrometers, and other inspection equipment.
