Linder Industrial Machinery Company is seeking skilled Heavy Equipment Technicians to diagnose, repair, and maintain construction equipment in shop and field environments. As an authorized Komatsu dealer, we provide training, support, and career growth opportunities across multiple locations.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Associate degree in Diesel Technology or Heavy Equipment Technology preferred.
• Apprenticeship or hands-on experience considered in lieu of degree.
• Experience on construction/mining/agricultural/heavy industrial equipment is required.
• Strong mechanical/hydraulic/electrical troubleshooting skills are essential.
• Valid driver's license; CDL preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair heavy construction equipment in shop and field.
• Perform mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and powertrain repairs.
• Develop repair plans and determine parts, materials, and tooling.
• Complete repairs safely and to quality standards; document work.
• Prepare service reports, work orders, warranty documentation, and recommendations.
• Order and manage parts through company systems.
• Communicate repair status and findings with supervisors and customers.
• Maintain company vehicles, service trucks, tools, and equipment.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair heavy construction equipment and related components
• Perform mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and powertrain repairs
• Develop repair plans and determine necessary parts, materials, and tooling
• Complete repairs safely and efficiently while ensuring quality standards are met
• Prepare service reports, work orders, warranty documentation, and repair recommendations
• Order and manage parts through company systems
• Communicate repair status and findings with supervisors and customers
• Maintain company vehicles, service trucks, tools, and equipment
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Perform shop and field service work as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Associate degree in Diesel Technology, Heavy Equipment Technology, or related field preferred
• Equivalent apprenticeship or hands-on experience considered
• Experience working on construction, mining, agricultural, trucking, or heavy industrial equipment
• Strong mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license required; CDL preferred but not required
