Job summary

Beyond Energy Services and Technology Corp. is seeking a Shop Technician Level 1 to support equipment maintenance, inspections, and shop upkeep with a strong emphasis on safety and continuous improvement.

The role requires 1–2 years in a shop, mechanical aptitude, and solid communication skills. You will handle routine maintenance, participate in safety meetings, and assist in shipping/receiving and vendor coordination in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a shop environment.
• Mechanically inclined with practical application of skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to multitask under tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Organized, dependable and action-oriented.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Perform routine facility and yard upkeep.
• Utilize SiteDocs daily to complete safety and maintenance forms.
• Participate in safety meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Inspect, repair, and maintain RCD equipment.
• Keep accurate records of inspections, maintenance, and repairs.
• Support shipping and receiving for MPD/RCD equipment.
• Assist in receiving vendor orders and verifying shipments.
• Deliver and/or pick up supplies from vendors.
• Conduct preventive maintenance checks on RCD equipment.
• Maintain tools and develop their use.
• Support the Shop Foreman and Operations Team with maintenance tasks.
