SourceLine is seeking a Shop Technician to diagnose, service, and repair construction and heavy equipment in a bustling shop environment. You will troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems and perform quality repairs across multiple manufacturers.

You will conduct preventive maintenance, document work performed, and maintain a clean, safe workspace while collaborating with the service team to ensure equipment is ready for use and meets safety standards for ongoing operation.

Qualifications

• Experience servicing or repairing heavy or construction equipment.
• Strong diagnostic skills across mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Ability to identify issues and complete repairs with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues on construction and heavy equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and routine servicing.
