SourceLine is seeking an Experienced Heavy Equipment Technician to diagnose, service, and repair heavy construction and compact equipment. The technician will perform preventive maintenance, identify potential issues, and collaborate with colleagues to deliver quality repairs in a safety-focused environment.

Position Overview

Our client is looking for an experienced Heavy Equipment Technician to join their service team. This position is responsible for diagnosing, servicing, and repairing a variety of construction and heavy equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues on heavy equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine service
• Troubleshoot equipment problems and determine appropriate repairs
• Inspect equipment and identify potential issues
• Service a variety of construction and compact equipment
• Operate equipment as needed to diagnose and verify repairs
• Complete quality repairs while maintaining a strong focus on customer service
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Work independently and collaborate with other technicians and team members

Qualifications

Schedule

• Four 10-hour shifts
• Monday–Thursday or Tuesday–Friday
• Overtime may be available based on business needs
