Main Duties:

1. Guide, coach, and mentor road technicians on service work.
2. Provide technical support and resolution to technicians needing assistance.
3. Collaborate with customers, technicians, and staff to resolve issues.
4. Diagnose, repair, inspect, and maintain equipment including forklifts, pallet trucks, boom lifts, and scissor lifts.
5. Provide courteous and professional service.
6. Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with company and OSHA standards.
