Job summary

Blanchard Machinery is seeking a Shop Technician II to perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of a variety of diesel-powered equipment. The role requires basic to advanced diagnostic work, interpreting electrical and hydraulic schematics, and maintaining safety standards.

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, with potential shift work and opportunities for professional growth, training, and advancement within Blanchard Machinery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years experience maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing diesel equipment.
• Shift work, weekends and/or 24 hour call may be required.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and hydraulic schematics, operating and maintenance manuals.

Responsibilities

• Maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs diesel-powered equipment.
• Performs basic to advanced troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
• Completes inspections and prepares accurate service reports.
