Pape' Machinery, Inc. - Agriculture & Turf Division in Colfax, WA is seeking a Large Agriculture Equipment Shop Mechanic/Technician to service and repair a variety of large agricultural machines in our shop.

You will join a team focused on accuracy, uptime, and customer satisfaction while benefiting from training and growth opportunities. The role requires 2+ years in engines and agricultural equipment, strong mechanical skills, and the ability to work with electrical, hydraulic, and AC systems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with engines and agricultural equipment including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and air conditioning systems.
• Must be able to work in a team and operate with minimal supervision.
• Candidates must provide their own tools.

Responsibilities

• As a Shop Mechanic, you will service and repair a range of large agriculture machines in our shop, ensuring repairs are accurate and timely.
• You will work with other skilled technicians to maximize equipment uptime and customer satisfaction.
