Job summary

Creative Technology Group is seeking a Shop Technician Specialist Video in the United States to manage warehous e operations and outbound show preparation. You will pull, stage, package, and label equipment for shipments, coordinate with operations on substitutions, and ensure on-time fulfillment.

The role requires forklift certification, ability to work long hours, and comfortable with heavy lifting in a large warehouse environment. Overtime and nights/weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and ability to work independently.
• Attention to detail, multitask, and meet deadlines.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds frequently.
• Ability to stand or move for long periods in a 70,000 square foot warehouse.
• Physical activities include using hand tools, bending, stooping, lifting, climbing stairs, carrying, walking, and/or reaching frequently.

Responsibilities

• Pulling and staging equipment from warehouse for outbound shows.
• Preparing outbound shows in our warehouses.
• Package and label items for transportation or show requirements.
• Work with operations to ensure substitutions or shortages.
• Receive sub rented items into order to ensure fulfillment.
• Create Shipping manifest or carnet prior to shipping.
• Ability to run a department within the warehouse.
• Assist pushing equipment to various docking stations for outbound delivery.
• Loading/unloading trucks.
• Assist restocking delivered equipment in various locations throughout the warehouse.
• Keep detailed records of maintenance QC and items entered into repair.
• Other duties as assigned by the Director of Operations.
