Responsibilities

  • Track and manage field test equipment using a spreadsheet inventory system; check items in and out accurately.
  • Purchase and restock essential supplies for field personnel (gloves, cleaning products, consumables).
  • Review work orders and prepare required tools and materials ahead of scheduled jobs.
  • Organize materials in designated storage areas based on workflow and priority.
  • Receive incoming equipment and supplies, inspect for accuracy, and coordinate shipments as needed.
  • Assemble and stage gear for deployment to job sites.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly shop environment, including tools and shared workspaces.
  • Support Substation Technicians in the field with materials, tools, or logistics assistance.
  • Coordinate equipment assignments and shipments for new hires.
  • Assist with GPS unit setup and company fleet vehicle tracking.
  • Provide professional, responsive, and friendly support to the field team.
