Job summary

PurgeRite is seeking a dependable Shop Assistant to support daily shop and warehouse activities, equipment handling, and inventory readiness. The role requires safety awareness, the ability to operate mobile equipment, and participation in logistics to back field teams.

Weekend work may be required based on demand. You will help ensure equipment readiness, accurate inventory, and a clean, safe work environment on site.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of warehouse and inventory handling experience in an industrial environment.
• Proactive with safety, quality, and accuracy in all tasks.
• Ability to operate mobile equipment and lift up to 75 lbs+.
• Willingness to work weekends when operational demand requires.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and move equipment safely within shop/yard.
• Receive, organize, and store tools, hoses, fittings, pumps, and consumables.
• Prepare and assemble equipment orders for upcoming projects.
• Maintain shop cleanliness and organize yard operations.
• Support safety checks, hazard identifications, and compliance.
