This hands-on position offers growth opportunities in equipment maintenance, with a focus on safety, efficiency, and teamwork in a fast-paced shop environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a shop, mechanical, or labor-related role preferred.
• Basic mechanical knowledge and willingness to learn.
• Strong work ethic and ability to take direction.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist mechanics with light mechanical work on trucks and heavy equipment.
• Support the Equipment Manager with daily shop operations and priorities.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks such as fluid checks, greasing, and parts replacement.
• Clean, organize, and maintain shop, yard, and work areas.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and staging equipment and materials.
• Follow all safety procedures and shop protocols.
