Job summary

Superior Performance is seeking a Shop Technician to maintain, prepare, and support the equipment that drives our operations. You will perform routine maintenance, rebuild tools, stage jobs, and ensure equipment is ready for field use, directly supporting safety, reliability, and client success.

The role includes on-call duties on a rotating 24-hour basis and field support. You will buff, clean, and paint equipment, safely use tools, stage and rebuild equipment to pressure tests, and handle

This role requires hands-on technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to respond quickly to customer needs. Whether you are servicing equipment in the shop, delivering and picking up tools, or supporting field operations on a rotating on-call basis, you will be an essential part of the Superior Performance team.
