Job summary

SitePro Rentals, Inc. is seeking an experienced Equipment Technician to diagnose and repair diesel and gasoline engines, electrical and hydraulic systems, plus A/C and electronic controls.

You’ll use schematics, diagnostic tools, and scan equipment to troubleshoot issues and perform high-quality repairs. You will mentor developing technicians, uphold safety and craftsmanship standards, and contribute to cost control and parts management as part of a safety‑mensitive shop team.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of equipment repair experience preferred.
• High school diploma or trade schooling preferred.
• Strong mechanical ability and safety-minded approach.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair equipment, troubleshooting diesel/gas engines, electrical, hydraulic, A/C and electronic control issues using schematics and tools.
• Perform complex repairs: remove, rebuild, install and adjust major components like engines, pumps, hydraulic motors, controllers and track assemblies.
• Ensure work quality: inspections, cost tracking, parts ordering, and adherence to manufacturer and SitePro standards.
• Lead by example: mentor junior technicians, promote safety, and communicate with shop leadership.
