Job summary

U-Haul Shop Support Specialist in Warwick, RI provides support to repair shop personnel, learning the inner workings of the shop with ample opportunities for advancement. No prior experience is required, and training is provided to help you grow in a hands-on environment.

Responsibilities include mounting/balancing tires, maintaining batteries, keeping the work area clean, turning rotors, rebuilding trailer components, and assisting shop staff; forklift certification is required for certain

Qualifications

• Valid driver\'s license and the ability to maintain a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Use specialized equipment to dismount, balance and mount tires.
• Maintain and recycle batteries.
• Maintain a clean work area.
• Use machinery to turn brake rotors and drums.
• Rebuild trailer components including brake systems and equalizers.
• Assist shop personnel.
• Forklift certified.
• Other duties as assigned.
