Job summary

Velocity Truck Rental and Leasing is seeking a Shop Support in Tolleson, AZ to maintain a clean, safe service shop and support technicians. The role runs Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm, with full-time employment and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• CDL is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily safety checklists and inspections.
• Assist shop employees with requests for equipment and tools.
• Maintain a clean and organized shop.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the tool room.
• Drain oil pan carts into the oil waste barrels.
• Monitor tools check in/check out procedure.
• Assist with special projects in the shop (e.g., foot printing).
• Perform cleaning projects including hazardous waste management.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
