L&M Fleet Supply's Cloquet store is seeking a Shop Service Writer to warmly greet customers, understand their needs, and coordinate service in our tire and lube/small engine shop. You will work with technicians and customers to help parts and service decisions.

• Previous experience or knowledge in automotive and/or small engine service and customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Ability to assist with parts orders and sales at the counter.

• Schedule and track service and repair activities in the shop/parts counter.
• Act as liaison between customers and shop technicians; assist with parts orders and special requests.
