Job summary

Faulkner Buick GMC is seeking energetic auto technicians to join our growing team. You will train and coach technicians, supervise shop operations, and collaborate with service advisors to exceed customer expectations.

We offer flat-rate pay of $80,000–$120,000 per year, full-time employment, PTO and holidays, 401(K) with company match, paid training and certification, tuition reimbursement, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, prescription and vision.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years hands-on automotive technician experience.
• Proven leadership or mentoring experience in a shop environment.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily shop operations and technician workflow
• Collaborate with service advisors to exceed customer expectations
• Ensure repair quality, safety compliance, and OEM standards
