Job summary

Faulkner Buick GMC is hiring energetic auto technicians to join a growing team. You will train and coach technicians, supervise shop operations, and work with service advisors to exceed customer expectations.

You must have 4+ years of hands-on experience and strong diagnostic skills, with a valid driver's license and clean record. We offer competitive flat-rate pay ($80,000-$120,000 annually, depending on experience), plus benefits including PTO, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, and on-the-job

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on automotive technician experience.
• Proven leadership or mentoring experience in a shop environment.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Train, coach, and support technicians to grow and improve efficiency.
• Supervise daily shop operations and technician workflow.
• Collaborate with service advisors to exceed customer expectations.
• Ensure repair quality, safety compliance, and OEM standards.
• Perform advanced diagnostics and assist with complex repairs.
