Job summary

Best Line Equipment is seeking a Shop Service Technician in Warminster, PA to diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of construction and industrial equipment in a clean, well-equipped shop. You will own repairs from diagnosis through completion, working with a skilled service team.

The role requires mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, the ability to read schematics and repair manuals, and strong teamwork with safety and quality in mind.

Qualifications

• Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting ability required.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and understand schematics and repair/service manuals.
• Ability to work independently while being part of a team.
• Hands-on experience with construction/industrial equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and engine-related problems.
• Troubleshoot equipment and determine root causes of failures.
• Perform repairs, preventative maintenance, inspections, and equipment setup.
• Use schematics, service manuals, computers, and diagnostic information to complete repairs.
• Document repairs and assist with warranty claims.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment.
• Collaborate with other technicians, service personnel, and management.
